But I feel sorry now.
Because you never visited my area.
I , along with my family, am drinking the quality of water not good for even animals. We all are sick now.
Despite my complaint to DJB nothing happened.
I am living without proper sewage system in my area.
In my street there are more than 25 stray street dogs dangerous to all passing by. Nothing happened even after complaint.
I am almost living under hell conditions which IF you come I can show.
I presume that you would not even read this mail.
Bur still I shall wait for your answer for next few days.
If nothing happens, than I shall think twice before exercising my franchise next time in your favor.
I shall also write to Mr. Kejriwal for all of this , though I am suggested that even he would not take any concrete decision on my grievances.

As i sm directly connected with DSIDC through a complaint regards Of Road maintenance i got reply from their side still NOC pending of sewer line i am not able to understand what is actually we are living like hell in our area.

Respected Madam,
ReplyDeleteWould like to inform you that, since last 1 month we are getting very less supply of water in our half of street (No. 17) means half portion of our street getting sufficient amount of water whereas half portion getting very less water i.e. either 5 min's or 10 min's. Our near by street (No. 16) get sufficient water (approx more than 1 hr).
We already the complaints via email, 1916 regarding this issue but ticket has been resolved with any solution. Called respective JE's but no luck. We keep escalating our issues but no concrete solution has been made yet. Even no escalation matrix shared with us post our demand.

We still struggling for sufficient water which other peoples in our half portion street also supposed to receive. We know the summer season is going on and have more in consumption of water now a days, but atleast increase some time limit so that at some extent some water issue get sorted out. We are big family and you able to understand how much we need to water for big families.
We are staying in Street no 17, Sadhnagar Palam Colony, West Delhi.
Please do the needful and help to provide concrete solution on this.
